Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

These terms govern your use of onewid.io (the "Service"), operated by Onewid ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service lets you generate videos with third-party AI models from text, images, audio and videos you provide ("Inputs"). Results ("Outputs") are produced automatically. We do not review every Output before it is delivered to you.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to create, upload, edit, recreate or distribute content that:
- contains sexual content or nudity of any kind, or sexualizes anyone. Prompts and uploads are moderated and such requests are blocked;
- involves minors in any harmful, abusive, sexualized or exploitative context. This is never allowed and is reported to the authorities;
- depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person (a celebrity, public figure, influencer or private individual) without their express written consent, including deepfakes and face or body swaps;
- names or portrays celebrities or other named real people;
- recreates, edits or imitates copyrighted works you do not own or have a license for, such as films, TV series, music videos, scenes, characters, or other creators' videos and photos;
- infringes trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
- depicts extreme gore or torture, or promotes violence or terrorism;
- depicts or promotes illegal drug use;
- promotes hate or discrimination against people based on who they are;
- is used to harass, bully, threaten, defame, extort or impersonate anyone;
- is otherwise illegal where you live or where you distribute it.
You may only upload Inputs that you own or are licensed to use, and only of people who are adults and have consented.
One free trial per person. You may not create multiple accounts, or use other people's accounts, to get extra free trial videos or portraits or to get around a suspension or ban. Accounts used on the same device share one free trial, and we may suspend or ban all accounts involved.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your prompts, Inputs and Outputs, and for any use, publication or distribution of them. You use the Service and any Output entirely at your own risk. We do not control or endorse what users create and are not liable for it. Ensuring that your content is lawful, including obtaining all consents and licenses, is your responsibility.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Onewid and its operators, employees and providers from any claims, damages, losses, fines and costs (including legal fees) arising from your Inputs or Outputs, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
6. Content rights
As between you and us, you own your Inputs and, to the extent the law allows, your Outputs. You give us a license to store, process and display them only as needed to provide the Service. AI Outputs may not be protected by copyright and may resemble outputs made for others.
Free and watermarked videos. Videos made with free trial credits, and videos you choose to make with a watermark for a lower price, carry a onewid.io watermark and end card. Videos made with free trial credits remain private like all your videos; we do not show them on the Service or use them in our marketing.
7. Enforcement
We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, without notice and without refund of credits. We cooperate with law enforcement and may share information when required by law. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
8. Reporting and takedown
Report content that infringes your rights or uses your likeness through our legal contact form or at support@onewid.com. Copyright notices follow our DMCA policy. Reports of deepfakes, unauthorized use of someone's likeness and content involving minors are reviewed and acted on within 48 hours.
9. Credits and payments
Credits are prepaid, do not expire and are not refundable or transferable, except that credits for failed generations are returned automatically.One credit is worth $0.01.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, you will be asked to accept them before continuing to generate.
